  • A helping hand

As an Institute of Leadership and Management approved centre, we’ve been approached by some people who have, sadly, been let down by another centre.

Having already registered and paid for a Level 5 course, the learners are looking for another centre to support them in completing their studies – but obviously without too much extra expenditure!

Says HJC Associates MD Helen Chambers: “I want to help but need at least 10 booked on a course to be able to offer the course at a much discounted rate.

“If we get 10 people on these workshops, the cost can be reduced to £799 – this is more than 50% less than the normal charge for a full course. This does not include the registration fee from ILM but I am trying to see what can be done in this regard in the circumstances.

“I have delivered the course a number of times both in the UK and overseas and one of the great benefits is that you get the advantage of being in a workshop with other people from other organisations, so you can really explore other perspectives and approaches.”

Contact HJC Associates as soon as you can to take advantage of this offer –  it can only be held open until March 6 and take a maximum of 16 at this price.

If this is of interest and you’d like to know more, please get in touch.

The course details are as follows:

    • The ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management (further information on the attached)
    • Units – Becoming an Effective Leader, Understanding the Management Role to Improve Organisational Performance, and Managing Projects in an Organisation
    • 5 days – probably once every 3 weeks so they can be completed before the summer
    • Plus tutorial support online
    • Assessment – completion of a workplace assignment per unit (this is optional, you do not have to complete the assessment if you do not wish to, you will still receive a certificate of completion).
