Milestones is a trading division of HJC Associates Ltd devoted to delivering training for overseas clients, on courses held in the UK.

Our training is quality assured by The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), and the aim is real, practical application of learning to make a difference in organisations.

We use a wide range of activities and methods. Our aim is to inspire, challenge and motivate your team to inspire and motivate others.

The package
We take care of everything: transfers and UK travel; appropriate training venues; accommodation; access to quality training materials and resources; building cultural and business value. We also ensure that there is sufficient time built into programmes to ensure the maximum immersion into UK life. The principles of leadership and management are applicable in any organisational environment.  The programme can be delivered at three levels –

  • First Line Manager (those who have responsibility for teams of people)
  • Middle Manager (those who have accountability for teams, supervisors, projects)
  • Senior Manager (those with responsibility for development of vision, governance, strategy, culture, change)

This may include those working within any disciplines – for example, Human Resources, IT, Logistics, Operations, Finance, Procurement.

Programmes are flexible to suit your needs. The standard package includes –

  • Three days training including lunch and refreshments
  • Two days free or to include trips and visits
  • Bed and breakfast accommodation and training in quality venues accessible to key international airports
  • Airport transfers from key airports
  • Support for visa applications
